Filled tomatoes

Easy breakfast :) Takes some time before it is ready but believe me, the taste is worth of waiting!


Tomatoes
Eggs
Spices
Cheese/ham/ what ever you want to add to bring some taste :)

* Wash tomatoes and cut the top of. Take the seeds and out with spoon.
* Beat the egg with spices and pour it into the tomato. Add other ingredients and put
into 200 degree oven. Let it cook until the egg is completely cooked.

Strawberry salad


Strawberries
Cauliflower
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Dill
Parsley

For the sauce:
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Balsamic vinegar

* Cut cauliflower, cucumber, tomatoes and strawberries into smaller pieces
* Add minced dill and parsley
* Mix the ingredients of the sauce together in a different bowl 
* Mix the sauce into salad
* Let the salad stay in a fridge before serving

Rice salad with tuna and cottage cheese


500 ml ..... Boiled rice
Cucumber
½ Red paprika
300g ..... Cottage cheese
Crushed tuna
Pepper
Salt
Dill
4 tbsp ..... Sour cream 

* Cut cucumber, paprika and dill
* Mix the veggies with rice and add tuna and cottage cheese
* Add spices and sour cream and mix 
* You can serve the salad with boiled eggs

Fried Tomatoes


4..... Tomatoes
Flour
Salt
Pepper

* Slice tomatoes
* Spice them with salt and pepper
* Put them into a flour and fry tomatoes as long as they are golden brown from both sides


Caesar Salad


Caesar Salad

2 pots of Rome salad
2 or 3 chicken breast
Parmesan cheese
Croutons

* Wash and cut the salad into pieces
* Slice chicken breasts and cook them in a pan (in a low-fat) from a both sides as long as they are done. Spice with salt and pepper
* Mix salad and chicken in a bowl and add parmesan cheese slices and croutons. 

If you want you can do the salad sauce by yourself or you can buy it from the shop. (I will add the sauce recipe later)

Stuffed eggs





You need

10..... Boiled eggs
2-3 tablespoon..... Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon..... Mustard
50g..... Butter (room temperature)
Salt

For decoration:
Use what you want, we used red and black caviar and parsely

* Boil and cool the eggs down before you peel and cut them to half
* Remove the egg yolk with spoon
* Mix together eggs yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and butter with fork in the bowl as long as it's not flabby, more like flat mixture
* Gush the egg yolk mixture to the half cut eggs (to the hole where the egg yolk used to be)
* Decorate them and keep them in the fridge before you serve
