Apple jam tarts

You need..

500g..... Pastry dough
Apple jam (or some other jam, it's up to you)

I used frozen dough. It's easier to bake with it because you don't have to wash dishes so much after bakeing but the melting can take time.

When the dough is melted, roll it to a square. be careful that you don't roll it too thin because then it's hard to bring it to the baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 175º or 200ºC
When you have rolled the dough cut it to a smaller squares.
Now take out one square. Add little bit of jam on the middle of it. Put the edges together and squeeze them together tightly so the jam won't come out (sometimes the edges will open while they are in the oven).
Do the same for all the other smaller dough squares and when you are done, bring them to the baking sheet. Put them into oven and let them be there about 45 minutes or a bit longer. It depends when the dough gets beautiful golden brown colour.

And because I ran out of jam while I was baking... I decided to bake some salty tarts aswell..

I warped the dough around a chicken burger. If you have wieners you can do the same thing with them.

Have a nice baking!
