Filled tomatoes

Easy breakfast :) Takes some time before it is ready but believe me, the taste is worth of waiting!


Tomatoes
Eggs
Spices
Cheese/ham/ what ever you want to add to bring some taste :)

* Wash tomatoes and cut the top of. Take the seeds and out with spoon.
* Beat the egg with spices and pour it into the tomato. Add other ingredients and put
into 200 degree oven. Let it cook until the egg is completely cooked.

Baked omelette




For one:

1..... Egg
1 tsp ..... Flour
0,3 dl ...... Milk
2 slice of ham
Blue-cheese
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
... Spices of your own choice...

* Preheat oven to 180 C degree
* Beat the egg with milk and flour
* Add spices
* Dice the paprika and blue-cheese
* Pour half of the egg-milk mixture into mold, now put the ham into mold and pour the rest of the mixture on top of the ham
* Add paprika and blue-cheese
* Bake in oven until the omelette is clotted

Baked omlet


For four 

4..... Eggs
½ cup..... Milk
Dill
Pepper
1 tablespoon..... Flour
Cheese
Ham/salami

* Preheat oven to 200 degree
* Mix together eggs, milk, flour and spices.
* Add dill
*Pour the mixture to a greased pie tin and add ham/salami pieces and cheese
* Bake about 30 minutes

Stuffed eggs





You need

10..... Boiled eggs
2-3 tablespoon..... Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon..... Mustard
50g..... Butter (room temperature)
Salt

For decoration:
Use what you want, we used red and black caviar and parsely

* Boil and cool the eggs down before you peel and cut them to half
* Remove the egg yolk with spoon
* Mix together eggs yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and butter with fork in the bowl as long as it's not flabby, more like flat mixture
* Gush the egg yolk mixture to the half cut eggs (to the hole where the egg yolk used to be)
* Decorate them and keep them in the fridge before you serve
