150 g flour
180 g sugar
120 g shelled almonds
1/2 pacet baking powder
5 eggs
salt
sesame seeds
Syrup
1 lemon
3 tablespoon honey
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
Blend in grates lemon zest, the flour,finely ground almonds, the baking powder and 1 glass water
Beat the whites until stiff,with a pinch of salt.And then gently turn them into the yolk mixture
Pour the butter into a greased round baking pan,lined with paper.Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
10 minutes before the cake is done heat honey and simmer 4 minutes
Remove from the stove and blend in the lemon juice.Pour the syrup over the cake
Let it cool then turn it out onto a serving dish
