Mille-feuille



500 g puff pastry

Créme pàtissiére

250 g sugar
100 g flour
6 egg yolks
2  eggs
1 vanilla pod
1 liter milk 

Cut pastry for 4  same size pieses,roll pastry into thin plate size and bake 200 C until it golden brown
Let it cool down.
Cut vanilla pod in half and put into milk
Heat the milk in boiling point
Mix eggs,yolks and sugar,whip lightly and add flour
Mix mixture good and add little hot milk,whisk same time 
Add eggmixture to the milk and heat the cream while stirring
heat it like 4-5 minutes until it thik
But dont boil 
Whisk cream with electrical mixer and add there 150 g soft butter 
Take baked pastry sheet add cream then put next sheet add again cream and last sheet
on top put little cream and broke last sheet of pastry and put on top

Snickers Cookies


Just because I am a Cookie Monster..


You need:
1..... Snickers
0,8 cups ..... Sugar
1 tsp ..... Vanilla
3 cups ..... Flour
1 cups ..... Real cocoa
100g ..... Butter
1 ..... Egg
½ tsp ..... Baking soda

* Preheat oven to 200 degrees
* Mix together room temperature butter, sugar and egg.
* In another bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients
* Cut the snickers into small pieces
* Mix dry ingredients with butter, sugar and egg, add snickers
* Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes


Red Velvet Cake


I've always wanted to try this cake.. So finally I made it with my cousin :D

Just taken out from the oven
With the cream

You need:
2 ½ cups ...... Flour
2 cups ..... Sugar
1 tbsp ..... Cocoa
1 tsp...... Salt
1 tsp ..... Baking soda
2 ..... Eggs
1 ½ cups ..... Oil
1 cup ...... Buttermilk

1 tbsp ..... Vinegar
                                                                       1 tsp ..... Vanilla
2 oz ..... Red food coloring

(for two layer)

For the cream:
8 oz...... Room temperature cream cheese
1 cup ...... Butter (room temperature)
1 tsp ..... Vanilla
6 cups ..... Confectioners sugar


* Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Grease two cake pans
* Stir eggs, add liquids and mix well with wire whisk. Set the bowl aside
* Mix together dry ingredients. Now add the wet ingredients to the bowl and mix them together.
* Pour the dough into the pans and bake in the oven about 40 minutes. Take them out from the oven and let them cool down. Remove pans.
* Start to make the cream
* Sift sugar
* Beat cream cheese and butter together
* Mix the sugar and vanilla with butter and cream cheese
* Frost the cake

Wok


for 2:

200g ..... Any kind of  frozen vegetables
½ cup .... Soy sauce
1 ..... Mandarin
1 tbsp ..... Blue cheese
Spices (own choice but don't use salt because the soy sauce is salty!)

* Fry the vegetables with oil or butter
* Wash, peel and cut the mandarin as small pieces as you can and mix it into vegetables
* Add blue cheese and let it melt into vegetables
* Add soy sauce and spices
* Mix well and let it brew under the lid about 5 to 8 minutes
* You can serve it with salad (for ex. 1 tomato, a bit of cucumber -wash and cut- for a sauce use sour cream and spices -salt, pepper- )

Another curd pie


400g ..... Curd
1 cup ..... Juice
200g ..... Smashed pineapple
Strawberries
1 tsp ..... gelatin
½ cup ..... Sugar
400g ..... Biscuits
1 cup .... Oil
½ cup ..... Muesli

* Smash the biscuits and mix the oil with them
* Mix together sugar, curd, smashed pineapple and strawberries
* Boil the juice and mix the gelatin into it. Let it cool down a bit before you add it into curd
* Press smashed biscuits to the bottom of the tin. Before this cover the tin with cling film (if the tin is that kind of thin from which you can remove the edges...)
* Pour the curd mixture on the cookies
* Sprinkle muesli and sprinkles on the top of the curd and cover the tin with cling film
* Keep in a fridge over a night
