Appel-oat dessert


Ingredients:

3-6..... Apple
3 dl ..... Oat
100g ..... Butter
½ dl ..... Sugar
Cinnamon

* Peel and cut appels to sectors. Put the sector to the buttered pie tin and sprinkle a bit cinnamon and sugar on it
* Melt the butter in a pot. Let it cool down a while and mix it together with sugar and oat.
* Spill the mixture on top of the apples and put it to oven

Oven: 225°
Time: 10-20 minutes

Tip: Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Carrot cake



Ingredients

3 dl ..... Flour
2 teaspoon ..... Baking powder
1½ teaspoon ..... Cinnamon
125 g ..... Butter
1 dl ..... Sugar
2 ..... Egg
4 dl ..... Grated carrots


* Preheat oven to 200°C
* Wash, peel and grate the carrots
* Mix a room temperatured butter and sugar together. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
* When you have mixed together butter, sugar, eggs and flour add grated carrots. You can also add some chopped peanuts if you want
* Crease a cake tin with butter or oil
* Pour the dough into the cake tin and put it to the oven and let it be there 50 minutes.
* When you take the cake out, let it cool down for a 10 minutes before you undo it on a plate

Paris Apple Pie


Ingredients
1,5 dl..... Flour
1 dl..... Sugar
1 tablespoon..... Baking powder
0,25 tablespoons..... Salt
1 teaspoon..... Vanilla
3..... Eggs
3 tablespoons..... Oil
1 dl..... Milk
800 g.....Apples
 
Cover
0.75 dl..... Sugar
1.... Egg
50 g..... Butter

 * Preheat oven to 200 degrees
* Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar. Add eggs, oil and milk
* Peel apples, remove core and slice. Mix apple slices to the dough and pour it to pie tin
* Bake in oven for 25-40 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the cover: mix sugar, eggs and melted butter and pour on the cake
* Bake for 10 minutes more. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve

Muffin pie


Dough:
I made cupcake dough. You can find the recipe from here. But don't use cocoa or coconut flakes


Decoration:
1..... Big pear
1..... Peach

* Peel the pear and cut it and peach to slices 
* Take out a pie tin. Lubricate it with oil or butter so the pie detached. Pour dough to the pie tin
* Reposition slices on top of the dough and put the pie into the oven
Oven: 200°C
Time: 30 minutes ~ until the pie is ready

TIP: If you are not sure is the pie ready take a toothpick and press it through the dough. If any dough sticks to toothpick, pie isn't ready. If it doesn't then it's ready.

Summer Smoothie


1.... Peach
1..... Apple
60g..... Raspberries
60g..... Redcurrants
1½dl..... Vanilla ice cream
1½dl.... Milk

* Peel apple. Cut apple and peach to the smaller pieces and put them to the jug. Add raspberries and redcurrants
* Mix them with blender and add ice cream. Mix
* For the last pour the milk in and mix well
* Serve

Summer Salad


1 Red onion
3 Tomato
Cucumber
Lettuce
Black olives / Green olives
Dill
Mayonnaise
Boiled eggs

* Cut all except olives and mix together in the bolw. For the last add mayonnaise and pepper and salt if you want
* Boil eggs and when they are cooled down cut them and reposition them on top of the dose. If you want you can cut the eggs to the smaller pieces and mix them into the salad
